Christian Surfers are a Family on Mission. We are on this journey together using this amazing tool of surfing to reach people for Christ. Please join us in France for our family reunion with other Jesus-loving surfers from around Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Our aim is to gather to encourage each other, listen to stories, celebrale God's love for us, and to be sent out, excited to carry on the mission that we are called to do.
The theme is 'A new swell is building' and we'll be looking towards Roy's challenge of a hundred countries and a thousand missions and what o role is within that vision.

Our Venue ~ Cap Océan Conference Center
We are returning to Cap Océan in Seignosse, a spot we know well from International Gatherings in 2004 and 2018 and other CS events. Located one hour north of Biarritz and conveniently located within walking distance of world-class beach breaks and a 5-minute drive from Hossegor town centre, we are excited to reconvene in a historic venue for our ministry. http://www.capocean.org/

Frequently Asked Questions
Date - People will check in Wednesday 4 October from 3pm. We will be having an evening meal together followed by an informal evening, with the first formal session starting the following day (Thursday 5 October) at 9 AM.
The conference will end Sunday 8 October after lunch
Consider sticking around for the local Surf Church Hossegor service at 4:30 PM. Please schedule your flights around these times.
Daily Schedule - On all the full days of the event, we’ll begin in the morning each day, run until midday, have an afternoon break, and then reconvene for dinner and evening session.
Costs - Single 380€ // Couple 600€ // Family: couple rate of €600 plus fee for each child: (12- 17 years €220; 6-11 years €185; 2-5 years €115)
You can choose to pay a deposit of €100 per booking now, with the remainder of your registration to be paid in full by 31 August 2023.
Location - Hossegor, France. Conference venue: Cap Océan, 7 avenue Jean Moulin, 40510 Seignosse FRANCE.
Lodging - All participants are staying at Cap Océan. Accommodation is included in the price. Accommodation for 4 nights (4 - 7 October) is included in the booking fee.
Additional nights before and after the event will be available for the price of €38 per person, per night, to include breakfast. These must be booked and paid for in advance.
Airport - The closest airport is Biarritz (BIQ). Other nearby options are Bordeaux (2 hours), and in Spain there’s San Sebastian (1 hour) or Bilbao (2 hours).
Train Station - The closest train stations are Bayonne or Dax. Other nearby options are Biarritz (45 min) or Bordeaux (2 hours).
Local Transportation - Whilst we make no promise nor guarantee, closer to the time we will look at the possibility of providing some form of pay-as-you-use airport shuttle. Once we begin to know the amount and timing of people's flights, we’ll be able to make final decision.
Visas - Please check the French government requirements for entry visas from your country. Here’s the official site: France Visas
Deadline - Official registration deadline is August 31st. Bookings will only be accepted after this date if spaces are available and will incur a late booking surcharge of €25.
