Unity in El Salvador

In 2019 CS El Salvador aimed to see unity within their beaches. There was a lot of rivalry among surfers but in Jesus we have learned that distances do not matter, geographical points do not matter, borders do not matter, there are no limits to being a family and that's why we decided to make an event to promote unity, with the support of the Pensacola chapter of CSUS. We had seven beaches come together, including more than 80 surfers, most of them waiting for what was going to happen that day.

We started with some games and then we surfed but the environment that was lived was an environment that God had prepared. God began to touch each heart and the walls were breaking down, leading to a path of union. We taught them that we have different beaches, we surf different waves, but that God is only one, the same creator of the universe and the one that unites us in the same feeling. Sometimes we catch big waves, sometimes we catch small ones but it’s boring to surf alone, it’s more fun to surf life together. That day God changed many hearts, now these beaches want Christian Surfers chapters.

We know there’s a lot of work to do in El Salvador in 2020, but we are united, and we come with all the strength. We need your support and mostly we need your prayer. Something is happening in El Salvador!
