Leadership Development

This year we are launching a global Leadership Development Fund. Our first goal is to see young leaders from all nations able to receive relevant training and to be present anywhere they will have the greatest impact for #everysurfer. We are looking to raise USD$20,000 per Area or USD$60,000 for all three Areas combined. This will support our next generation leadership development in 13 regions around the world.
