Global Leadership Forum

In early May we held our second Global Leadership Forum in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa. Happening in the off-year to the International Gathering, the GLF is an opportunity for the CS International Board, the Global Leadership Team and key CS leaders to meet face-to-face.

This year was also an opportunity for a select portion of the team to review the strat-ops process which began in 2015 and resulted in our new vision, mission, core values and five big strategies.

Those present were treated to some incredible surf as God provided a beautiful early season run of swell that helped break up many long days of meetings!
